| Delta Centre-Ville | $179 (Delta guestrooms) $229 (Club Signature guestrooms) |
- These special room rates are being offered only to CITE conference attendees. In order to benefit from this reduced rate, delegates must refer to the CITE conference when making their reservations.
- The 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax, the 5% federal Goods and Services Tax and Montréal’s 3% Destination Marketing Fee are not included in the above rates.
- Delegates are urged to modify or cancel their hotel reservations as soon as they become aware of any changes to their travel plans in order to avoid penalties and to allow other delegates to benefit from increased room availability. This also allows CITE to better manage its room block and to meet its contractual obligations.
Getting There
An international destination of choice, Montréal is easily accessed by land, water and air. Downtown is a mere 20 minutes from the airport, which handles some 200 flights daily.
An array of information and services is available upon arrival at the airport, including several options for making your way to the heart of the city: car rental and limousine transportation companies are on site as well as airport shuttles, like Aérobus. If you are going by taxi, a trip downtown will cost you a flat rate of $35, tip not included.
Westjet, Porter and Air Canada among others serve Montreal.
VIA Rail Canada Canada serves more than 450 Canadian cities. If you are coming from the United States, hop aboard an Amtrak train, with daily departures from several American cities to downtown Montréal. Visitors pull into Montréal’s Central Station, which is conveniently linked to the Underground Pedestrian Network and the Bonaventure metro station. The hotel welcoming the Conference is situated just across the central station.
If you are planning a trip by bus, many American and Canadian operators come to Montréal. You will arrive directly downtown at the Montréal Bus Central Station, which is also connected to the Underground Pedestrian Network via the Berri-UQAM metro station.
